Aidan O’Brien’s stories have appeared or are forthcoming in The Sewanee Review, AGNI, Gulf Coast, The Greensboro Review, failbetter, and elsewhere. He is a Pushcart Prize nominee, and his work has been shortlisted for The Halifax Ranch Prize, the Driftwood Press In-House Short Story Contest, and The Robert and Adele Schiff Awards. His short story, “The Casserole,” was the recipient of the Nancy Lynn Schwartz Prize for fiction. He holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Warren Wilson College. He earned his bachelor’s at Sarah Lawrence College, where he received the creative writing department’s Jane Cooper Scholarship.
